Sabine Ferrand invite you to share moments of conviviality and gastronomy around her hearty "table d'hotes" for a dinner you will remember !


Dinner can be prepared on request € 40 each.

Examples of dishes :

Mousse of courgettes (or zucchini) flavoured with saffron

or

Prunes stuffed with foie gras (fattened liver)

or

Marinated quails with cepe mushrooms and its Dauphiné-style creamed potatoes “au gratin” (oven-grilled)

or

Pan-sautéed foie gras (fattened liver), oven-grilled kiwi,
`Tatin` tarts (caramelised upside-down tarts),

etc
